festivalZOO and Plastic Love are combining efforts to bring Los Angeles a unique intimate look into Detroit legend Stacey Pullen's record box. The aptly titled plasticZOO will host the recent Essential Mix guest at one of Los Angeles' newest hot spots, Medusa Lounge. Check out Stacey's Essential Mix and more information after the jump.

Riding the momentum of his triumphant UK and European tour and fresh off his blistering hot Radio 1 Essential Mix, Stacey Pullen makes a pit stop in LA for an intimate event at Medusa Lounge that is sure to leave its mark. Hailing from the birthplace of U.S. techno, the Detroit native has over 20 years of DJing and producing under his belt and his experience and wisdom behinds the decks is undeniable. He's released music on some of techno's biggest record labels Transmat, Saved, Cadenza, Desolat as well as his own label, Black Flag, which he resurrected last year. Stacy Pullen has remained at the forefront of dance music as a DJ playing at arguably the best clubs across the globe. Extended sets at Space, Pacha, and Cocoon in Ibiza; The Warehouse Project and fabric in London; and Berlin's Panorama Bar have placed him in the minds and hearts of dance music aficionados everywhere...Get ready for a special night of music by a true legend.
Opening duties for our inaugural run fall on the shoulders of festivalZOO's Ernie Bumps alongside Plastic Love's Jimmy Maheras celebrating his debut EP on Damian Lazarus' newest sub-label Rebelion. Step into the plasticZOO.
